Ash Ketchum is a Pokémon Trainer from Pallet Town in the Kanto region.
Over his time as a trainer, he has challenged various leagues all around
the country along with his partner Pikachu. Following his participation
in the Sinnoh League, he went to have a vacation to distant Unova with
his mother and family friend, Professor Oak. Little did he know what was
